Early greetings

Hi, my blog has just launched although I don't officially take office until the 1st August. Over the last month I have been going through a gruelling training process. The 08/09 sabbatical team have been putting us through our paces and taking us to the emotional edge. There's been tears, there's been sweat and there's been a lot of banter.

Thankfully, though, we will come out of it stronger, leaner and tougher!
